Lila Bean is the youngest member of Compass Light and she hails from the south. She has quickly adapted to Maine and office life and was promoted to head of Office Morale in 2019. She makes sure everyone's spirits stay high with tail wags, snuggles, and the occasional kiss. 

A pioneer of working smarter not harder, she spends approximately 6 hours a day napping. When not working (or napping) she enjoys sailing, fetch, and belly rubs.
